Which plug type

I carry three different plug adapters. You may recognize the second plug in the picture in the British movies. It is used in its former colonies such as Malaysia, Singapore and, surprisingly, United Arab Emirates. The "V" type plug on the right is for Australia. The left plug is similar to US-type, but it is round, not flat. It is for Indonesia.

Snow storm hits northeast

The snow storm hits Northeast two days before I leave. I have 11 inch of snow to shovel. There is no bus service in Philadelphia and no Amtrak service north of New York.

Movie Marathon

I just check the in-flight entertainment of Emirates flight EK202. Wow. There are 600 movies to pick. It will be a MOVIE MARATHON: The Social Network, The American, Mao's Last Dancer, and Toy Story 3.

Sneak peak of my itinerary

It is bitterly cold in Pennsylvania. But in a couple of weeks, I will be traveling across the Equator to Sydney. Do you know that the sun shines 365 days a year near the Equator, not like the Northern hemisphere where the sun was strong only in the summer? The map shows the cities and island (Bali) that I will be visiting.
